Job summary

SitusAMC is seeking a results-driven data analyst to manage, validate and optimize mortgage servicing data within the MSR pricing framework. You will collaborate with clients, support data visualization, and help implement new data workflows.

The role emphasizes SQL/Excel proficiency, ETL familiarity, and comfort with large datasets in a financial services context. Denver-based hybrid work with occasional travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business or Finance or related field or combination of education and experience
• 0–2 years of industry/relevant experience, Analyst level or external equivalent
• 0–3 years of relevant data/analytics experience
• Proficiency in SQL and Excel is required
• Alteryx or similar ETL software experience strongly preferred
• Knowledge of relational databases and data warehousing concepts
• Familiarity with ETL processes and data pipeline management
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work with large datasets
• Experience in financial services or mortgage industry preferred
• Hybrid role: 2 days in office in Denver, remote acceptable, travel to Denver twice a year

Responsibilities

• Manage, process and validate mortgage servicing data as part of the MSR pricing process
• Interface with clients to explain methodologies and resolve data issues
• Ensure data accuracy via client communications
• Assist in developing strategic initiatives and new systems
• Build and support data visualization and reporting tools
• Support data automation to improve processing efficiency
• Maintain client relationships with high service standards
• Manage client workload to ensure timely reporting
• Assist in ad hoc data processing and analytics projects
• Collaborate with valuation team as part of MSR pricing
