Job summary

Aon is seeking an innovative Health Analytics Solution Development AVP-VP to lead client delivery of AI-enabled analytics solutions and scalable platforms. The role collaborates with cross-functional teams to drive market-leading analytics and margins.

You will mentor junior colleagues, develop consulting materials, and present capabilities at internal and external events while advancing analytics solutions for health and benefits clients.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of client-facing health analytics experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with diverse stakeholders.
• Experience with national initiatives, model and tool development preferred.
• Proven ability to identify, evaluate, and advance AI-enabled analytics use cases.
• Strong background in actuarial modeling and statistics.

Responsibilities

• Lead consultant for analytics client pilot projects and solutions.
• Identify AI-enabled opportunities to improve client insights, streamline delivery, enhance scalability, and differentiate analytics capabilities.
• Ensure high-quality and timely delivery that exceeds client expectations.
• Present analytics capabilities and market trends at internal and external events.
• Develop consulting materials, sales materials, and leading trainings for resources.
• Build out processes for client analytics delivery and onboarding, including automation and reporting improvements.
