Ladders seeks an AVP, Data Trust and Enablement for Property & Casualty Insurance to lead enterprise data governance and quality initiatives with emphasis on stewardship, accountability, and practical execution.

This leader will partner with business leaders, data stakeholders, and governance forums to translate strategy into operating frameworks, drive improvements in data health, and strengthen trust in data used for underwriting, claims, and decision-making.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative, analytical, business, technology, or related discipline; advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in data governance, data quality, data management, or related fields within an insurer.
• Proven experience leading enterprise-scale data governance and quality programs with measurable improvements.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the data trust and enablement function, ensuring accountability for data governance and quality.
• Define and execute the data trust strategy, translating standards into practical frameworks.
• Chair the P&C data council and represent P&C in enterprise data governance forums.
• Establish stewardship and accountability frameworks for data quality and compliance.
• Own the data quality and trust scorecard framework for executive visibility into data health.
• Lead data risk management activities, including controls and audit support.
• Partner with business leaders to embed governance and quality into decision-making processes.
