Job summary

Oliver James Group is assisting a leading global P&C insurer to hire a Vice President of Data Quality Management. You will shape enterprise-wide data quality and governance capabilities, defining frameworks and operating models to scale data maturity across the organization.

The ideal candidate has senior Data Quality / Data Governance leadership experience, a proven track record transforming enterprise data capabilities, and the ability to engage technology and business stakeholders at VP

Qualifications

Extensive leadership experience in data quality and governance at senior level.
Proven track record building enterprise data capabilities.
Strong understanding of data quality, governance, and master data management.
Experience working with technology and business stakeholders.
P&C insurance experience preferred.
Comfortable operating at VP/Executive level.

Responsibilities

Lead the Data Quality Management team across the enterprise.
Develop data quality strategies and governance frameworks.
Monitor data quality performance and implement improvements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data quality practices.
Oversee large-scale data warehouse infrastructure alignment with business needs.
