You will lead data stewardship initiatives, ensure compliance, and drive data quality across all business lines. The ideal candidate has 10–12 years of experience in data governance and a strong background in data privacy and management. Qualifications

• 10-12 years in data governance/management with leadership experience.
• Expertise in data privacy, compliance, and governance tools.
• CDMP or DM-BOK certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enforce enterprise data governance policies and standards.
• Lead initiatives for data ownership, classification, and lifecycle management.
• Ensure data quality, privacy, and regulatory compliance (HIPAA, GDPR).
• Oversee metadata management, data catalogs, and lineage documentation.
• Chair governance councils and collaborate with security and engineering leaders.
• Foster a culture of data stewardship and informed decision-making.
