Job summary

Team One Insurance Services is seeking a senior AVP of Business Development to drive revenue growth and expand strategic relationships across the insurance claims ecosystem. Qualifications

• Senior sales leadership within insurance claims ecosystem.
• Proven track record of generating revenue and expanding strategic accounts.
• Experience selling complex claims or adjacent services.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue growth.
• Identify, prospect, and secure new business with insurance carriers.
• Manage executive-level relationships and negotiate MSAs.
• Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline and forecast accuracy.
• Collaborate with Operations, Marketing, and Leadership to ensure client success.
• Mentor and grow the business development team.
