Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree; Master's preferred in finance, business, or related field.
• Typically 10+ years claims experience, with five years management experience.
• Experience leading leaders strongly preferred; applicable certifications welcomed.

• Leads 25+ claims professionals with accountability for staff development and succession planning.
• Oversees recovery training, technical development, and program execution.
• Analyzes workflows and staffing to improve efficiency; liaises with senior management.
• Oversees high-exposure recovery claims to ensure timely investigation and evaluation.
• Drives continuous improvement and identifies emerging issues using data and tech resources.
• Reports recovery trends and exposures to internal and external partners.
• Coordinates with underwriting, legal, staff counsel and actuarial on trends and recovery opportunities.
