Qualifications

• 1 year of related operations experience or equivalent.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Know insurance plan details to accurately process applications, enrollments, or claims.
• Meet department goals by completing daily work per guidelines and coordinating with sales or carriers as needed.
• Print daily batches of issue packets for new business.
• Process daily carrier decision files for new business.
• Assign incoming mail to correct subgroups within the department.
