You will work with the sales team and insurance carriers to ensure accuracy and timely processing, while supporting daily operations to meet department goals. A GED or high school diploma is required, with at least 1 year of related experience and proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of related operations experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Process applications, enrollments or claims accurately by knowing insurance plan details.
• Meet department goals by completing daily work per guidelines and coordinating with sales team or carriers when needed.
• Assist in printing daily batches of issue packets for new business.
