Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Aviation staffing agency experience required (OEM/MRO or related).
• Background in sales, account management, recruiting, or business development.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; comfortable with outreach calls and virtual meetings.
• Self-motivated, highly organized; able to manage multiple accounts with follow-through.
• Proficiency with CRM systems for tracking client interactions and pipelines.
• Must be a U.S. Person per ITAR requirements.

Summary:

We re looking for a driven, relationship-focused Client Relationship Manager with a strong background in the aviation industry. This role is a great fit for professionals with experience in staffing agency recruiting, sales, or account management.

In this role, you will engage with a variety of provided leads to build lasting client partnerships, convert prospects into long-term accounts, manage ongoing relationships, and collaborate closely with our recruiting team to deliver top staffing solutions. Comprehensive sales support, talking points, and onboarding assistance will be provided to help you succeed.
