Job summary

Ardurra is seeking an Aviation Project Manager to lead airport design and construction projects for our aviation group. This fully-remote role supports Montana or Idaho residents and focuses on program management, client relationships, and business development in targeted markets.

You will mentor staff, oversee QA/QC, ensure regulatory compliance with FAA guidelines, and drive growth through proposals and sponsor relations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• PE License.
• 8+ years’ experience in airport design/construction.
• Airport design, construction administration, and project management experience.
• Strong knowledge of FAA advisory circulars related to airport design and FAA grant process.
• Strong computer skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to lead and mentor existing staff and develop new staff as needed to support growth of the aviation group.
• Self‑motivated, team‑oriented individual with the ability to work on challenging projects in a team environment.
