Job summary

Ardurra is seeking an Aviation Senior Project Manager to lead airport design and construction projects across Idaho and neighboring states, guiding client relationships and project delivery. You will mentor junior staff, oversee QA/QC, manage regulatory approvals and environmental compliance, and work within a well-established aviation group to drive growth and innovation.

This role offers the option to work remotely within Idaho or Washington, with travel as needed, and the chance to shape

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• PE License required.
• 8+ years' experience in the airport design and/or construction field.
• Airport design and project management experience a must.
• Strong knowledge of FAA advisory circulars related to airport design and the FAA grant process.
• Ability to lead and mentor existing staff and develop new staff as needed to support growth of the aviation group.
• Self-motivated, team-oriented individual with the ability to work on challenging projects in a team environment.
