Job summary

Ardurra Group, Inc. is seeking an Aviation Project Manager for our growing Aviation Group. This fully remote role supports airport design and construction projects for Montana/Idaho residents, with flexibility to work from home while delivering impactful aviation projects.

You will oversee projects, mentor junior staff, lead QA/QC, and drive growth through client relationships and business development initiatives. Strong FAA knowledge and PM experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• PE license required.
• 8+ years in airport design/construction.
• Experience in design, construction administration, and project management.
• Knowledge of FAA advisory circulars and grant process.
• Ability to lead/mentor staff and support growth.
• Self-motivated, team-oriented, able to work on challenging projects.
