The role emphasizes client relationship management, market expansion, and collaboration with leadership to grow Ardurra's aviation footprint across targeted markets. Travel may be required for site visits and meetings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field is required.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license is required.
• 8+ years of experience in airport design and/or construction.
• Experience leading airport design, construction administration, and project management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee airport design and construction projects within defined regions.
• Mentor junior staff and supervise project teams.
• Lead QA/QC efforts and ensure contract document quality.
• Identify opportunities and support business development in aviation.
