Job summary

PartsBase, Inc. is seeking an Account Executive for the PartStore marketplace. This fully remote role focuses on acquiring and activating new sellers, communicating value, and converting qualified prospects into active PartStore sellers with inventory available for buyers.

The AE manages the relationship from outreach to activation, handling enrollment, payment-account setup, and onboarding while meeting monthly pipeline and conversion targets.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to sell, develop customer relationships, or manage commercial accounts.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable outbound prospecting, discovery conversations, and product demonstrations.
• Ability to manage multiple opportunities through a structured sales process.
• Strong follow-up, organizational, and CRM discipline.
• Aviation, aerospace, aftermarket, e-commerce, or B2B marketplace experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Prospect into existing PartsBase customers and other qualified inventory-holding aviation suppliers.
• Conduct outbound outreach, discovery conversations, PartStore demonstrations, and follow-up.
• Clearly communicate the PartStore value proposition and how it complements existing channels.
• Manage opportunities from initial engagement through enrollment and activation.
• Maintain pipeline coverage to support monthly production expectations.
• Achieve monthly qualifying-deal targets.
• Own customer relationships through activation and onboarding.
