Job summary

MSX International in Detroit area is seeking an Automotive Warranty Specialist/Administrator to review program claims and assist with entry for dealers and field personnel. This role supports resolution of discrepancies between headquarters and dealers and requires attention to detail and strong communication.

The position is full-time and largely remote, with an emphasis on timely claim processing, accuracy, and reporting.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years claims experience required
• Prior OEM claim entry experience required
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills

Responsibilities

• Review dealer submitted claims for accuracy and determine eligibility
• Act as SME to internal staff, dealers and OEM personnel for claims
• Develop and maintain basic program reports
• Reach out to fleet customers via email for high-value claims
• Chargeback to dealers for unauthorized or incorrect claims
• Respond to questions via email or phone regarding rejected claims
• Troubleshoot rejected claims and resolve issues
