Job summary

Commercial Vehicle Group, Inc (CVG) is seeking a Customer Quality Liaison to be the primary link between the plant and OEM customers. The role handles containment, root-cause analysis, and corrective actions to meet quality requirements.

Expect collaboration with Engineering, Production, and Supply Chain to resolve issues. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in automotive quality, knowledge of IATF16949/ISO 9001, and strong data skills using Excel and Minitab.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years quality engineering/liaison in automotive manufacturing (Tier 1/2).
• Fluent with IATF16949, ISO 9001, CSRs.

Responsibilities

• Interface with DTNA and CVG stakeholders; manage customer quality concerns.
• Lead 8D, 5-Why, Fishbone analyses and cross-functional resolution.
• Prepare quality reports and maintain QMS records for audits.
