Team Velocity Marketing, LLC is seeking a Digital Marketing Analyst to drive performance and strengthen client partnerships for automotive accounts. You will blend strategy with execution, developing data-driven marketing plans and communicating effectively with Team Leads.

The role emphasizes analytics, client service, and proactive ownership in a fully remote, nationwide capacity, with compensation starting at $48,000 annually.

Qualifications

• BS or BA preferred.
• 1-2 years’ professional experience in Customer Service-related field preferred.
• Automotive Agency, Automotive In-House Marketing and/or Customer Service experience a plus.
• Google Ads and Facebook Ads experience preferred.
• Proficient in Google Sheets, Slides and Docs.
• Extremely organized, task- and detail-oriented.
• Willingness to learn.
• Must be a critical thinker.
• Exceptional communication skills, demonstrated ability to write, listen and articulate clearly.
• Demonstrated ability to take ownership of projects.
• Ability to establish priorities and objectives.
• Flexible in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintain focus under pressure.
• Desire to help improve processes and customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with Team Lead to provide a transparent and seamless experience for clients throughout all aspects of the Client Experience.
• Audit digital accounts for anomalies, ensure best practices, compare performance to benchmarks, and perform basic optimizations for customer success.
• Run analyses to highlight performance improvements.
• Support monthly recurring work across all accounts, including pacing and performance checks, Facebook and video campaign adjustments.
• Maintain constant communication with internal teams on account status and deliverables.
• Answer client questions and resolve issues in a timely manner.
