Qualifications

• 5+ years of post-qualification experience in commercial and corporate law.
• Admitted as an Attorney or Advocate in South Africa.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements including supply, manufacturing, distribution agreements and NDAs.
• Advise on corporate governance matters and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Manage and resolve disputes, claims, and litigation effectively.
