You will be responsible for providing comprehensive legal support across a broad spectrum of commercial and corporate matters, including contract negotiation, compliance, and dispute resolution. Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements, including supply agreements, manufacturing agreements, distribution agreements, and NDAs.
• Advise on corporate governance matters, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and company policies.
• Manage and resolve legal disputes, claims, and litigation effectively.
• Conduct legal research and provide analysis on various legal issues impacting the business.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including consumer protection and competition law.
• Support business development initiatives by providing legal advice on new opportunities and market entry strategies.
• Liaise with external counsel and manage legal costs effectively.
• Develop and implement internal legal policies and procedures.
• Assist with intellectual property protection and enforcement.
• Provide legal training to relevant internal stakeholders as needed.

Requirements

• Admitted as an Attorney or Advocate in **South Africa**.
• Minimum of 5 years of post-qualification experience in commercial and corporate law.
