Job summary

2 Auto Group is seeking an organized Office Admin to support automotive billing, accounts payable and accounts receivable in a fully remote role. Experience with Dealertrack and a meticulous approach to data entry are essential to ensure accurate, timely financial records across the company.

You will manage billing workflows, process transactions, coordinate with vendors and internal teams, maintain documentation, and assist with miscellaneous administrative duties.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in automotive billing, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
• Proficiency with Dealertrack system is required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.
