Freedom Motors USA, Inc. is seeking an Automotive BDC Representative to be the first contact for families seeking mobility solutions. You will handle inbound inquiries via phone, email, text messaging, and live chat to build trust and set appointments.

In a fast-paced center, you will make outbound calls 65-80 per day, send 100+ emails, follow scripts, qualify needs, and maintain CRM records. You will collaborate with Mobility Specialists to convert interest into driveway delivery and help more

Qualifications

• Previous automotive BDC experience required.
• Ability to respond quickly via phone, email, text, and live chat.
• Strong CRM usage and data entry skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with empathy.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound sales inquiries via phone, email, text messaging, and live chat with speed, professionalism, and empathy.
• Make 65-80 outbound calls per day and send 100+ emails daily in a fast-paced BDC environment to generate leads and opportunities.
• Sell the Freedom Motors experience by building trust, creating excitement, and overcoming objections.
• Follow scripts and lead-handling processes while maintaining an engaging conversation.
• Create and maintain long-lasting guest relationships through consistent follow-up.
• Qualify customer needs, budgets, and timelines to match mobility solutions.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and collaborate with Mobility Specialists for seamless transitions.
• Crush daily, weekly, and monthly metric goals to drive outcomes.
