Job summary

Oxley Enterprises, Inc. is seeking an Automation Test Engineer to assess software quality through automated and manual testing, supporting the VA project.

You will collaborate with developers, analysts and test planners to design test plans, execute tests, document results, and report defects across the SDLC in a remote, nationwide US setting. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 4 years of automation software testing experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Experience developing and executing automated test scripts.
• Experience building test plans and documentation.
• Agile methodology and sprint-based testing experience.
• Experience with Jira for defect tracking.
• Experience with Selenium testing.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience supporting a federal government department.
• VA department experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review system specifications and develop effective test strategies.
• Execute automated test cases and analyze results.
• Create and maintain test documentation and reports.
• Report bugs to development teams and track fixes.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams across the SDLC.
• Configure hardware and environments as needed for tests.
