Job summary

TriCore, Inc. is seeking a Support Engineer to provide remote technical support for production, cleaning, data collection, and reporting systems.

You will troubleshoot issues, follow defined procedures, and document resolutions to ensure visibility for customers and internal teams. Success is measured by timely issue resolution, proactive communication, accurate documentation, and growing proficiency with TriCore’s automation technologies while adhering to safety and customer requirements.

Qualifications

Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent with demonstrated success applying technical knowledge in engineering or automation environments.
Entry-level through approximately five years of experience with ability to develop technical proficiency and independence over time.
Foundational knowledge in electrical design, PLC ladder logic, HMI configuration, programming, analog principles, and industrial troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot customer-reported issues by reviewing system info and identifying next steps.
Apply TriCore standards and procedures to develop support solutions.
Communicate clearly with customers and internal teams throughout the support process.
Gather information, set expectations, and provide timely status updates.
Document troubleshooting steps, findings, and resolutions for records.
