Job summary
Contact Discovery Services LLC is seeking an Automation Solutions Consultant (Contractor) to design and implement workflow automation solutions across internal and client-facing projects. The role emphasizes reducing manual effort through RPA, Power Automate, UiPath, and related tools, with engagement in Citrix environments and Oracle databases.
The ideal candidate will evaluate processes, develop PoCs, and establish best practices for automation reliability and scalability while collaborating
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in software automation, test automation, RPA, or systems integration.
- Experience with automation platforms such as Power Automate, UiPath, TestComplete.
- Experience working with Citrix-hosted or virtual desktop environments.
- Strong SQL and relational database experience.
- Experience with Oracle databases.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and implement workflow automation solutions to reduce manual effort.
- Design and develop automation solutions that improve consistency.
- Document automation architectures, workflows, and support procedures.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and operational efficiencies.
- Develop PoCs for automation in virtualized environments.
- Troubleshoot automation challenges related to session management and application behavior.
