Job summary
Contact Discovery Services is seeking an Automation Solutions Consultant (contractor) to help evaluate, design, and deploy workflow automation across internal and client projects. This remote role has a negotiable start date and a temporary contract with potential extension.
The candidate will reduce manual work through RPA, test automation, and database-driven solutions, focusing on Citrix environments, Oracle workflows, and best practices for development and QA.
Qualifications
- 3+ years in software automation, test automation, RPA or systems integration.
- Experience with automation platforms: Power Automate, UiPath, TestComplete or similar.
- Experience with Citrix-hosted/virtual desktops and strong SQL/Oracle DB knowledge.
- Ability to evaluate approaches independently and communicate clearly.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and implement workflow automation solutions using Power Automate, UiPath, test platforms and other RPA technologies.
- Design and develop automation solutions to reduce manual effort and improve consistency.
- Document automation architectures, workflows and support procedures.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and operational efficiencies.
- Evaluate methods for automating Citrix-hosted workflows and develop PoCs.
- Troubleshoot automation challenges related to sessions, recognition, and branching.
