Amgen seeks a Sr Associate IS Engineer to design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain automation solutions that improve workflow and productivity. You will partner with platform leads and automation engineers to deliver quality projects and rapid POC solutions.

You will work with process SMEs to translate requirements into software, ensure reliable integration across platforms, and follow SAFe agile practices while exploring innovative, cost-saving approaches.

Qualifications

• ETL experience and data pipeline development.
• SQL, Python, and R scripting proficiency.
• Experience with data warehousing, BI, and cloud storage technologies including Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery, Tableau, Power BI and AWS S3.
• Work within Agile methodologies or SAFe environments.
• Software development best practices, including reusable code design and technical documentation.
• Microsoft Excel, including use of Macros, Pivot Tables, and V-Lookups.
• Experience with visualization and analytics tools including Tableau.

Responsabilités

• Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and improve automation solution.
• Partner with platform lead and automation engineers to develop automation projects and ensure quality and timely delivery of projects.
• Contribute towards rapid Proof-of-Concept (POC) automated solutions and services.
• Work with process SMEs to understand key requirements and transform them into software solutions.
• Collaborate with IS and Business partners to improve workflow and productivity.
• Review designs to identify risks and missing requirements.
• Provide technical write-ups and drawings for proposed solutions.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure services are reliable and integrated.
• Adhere to testing and reusable code design standards.
• Adopt SAFe agile practices.
• Look for innovative, cost-effective ways to do business.
• Support Anaplan Datahub requests and platform integration.
