Job summary

OuterBox is seeking an Automation Specialist to design and execute marketing automation workflows that deliver highly personalized customer experiences. You will collaborate with Email Marketing Specialists and the UX team to optimize campaigns and drive results.

The role is fully remote, based in the United States, with responsibilities spanning automation development, lifecycle planning, data management, and performance optimization. Strong SQL, AMPscript, and HTML/CSS skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience preferred (demonstrated excellence may supersede experience).
• 3+ years in Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement (MCE) and AMPscript.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement sophisticated marketing automation workflows.
• Collaborate with Email Marketing Specialists and UX team for personalized campaigns.
• Plan lifecycle touchpoints and segmentation strategies for client campaigns.
• Monitor performance of active workflows and optimize accordingly.
• Maintain data models and attributes for scalable audience segmentation.
