Job summary

QVC Group seeks a Software Engineer, Automation and AI to build, configure, implement, and support automation solutions across business apps. You will work on automation technologies including AI, agentic AI, and RPA, partnering with Product Owners and Scrum Masters to deliver well-designed, tested, and supportable software.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of related software engineering experience.
• Experience developing, coding, testing, and supporting business applications.
• Exposure to AI, agentic AI, or robotic process automation.
• Understanding of development methods from requirements to support.
• Familiarity with Agile delivery and SDLC practices.
• Experience contributing to automated testing and release pipelines.
• Able to document technical processes and troubleshoot issues.

Responsibilities

• Gather and clarify requirements with product owners and business partners.
• Develop, configure, code, and test automation and AI-enabled solutions.
• Contribute to design specifications for low to medium complexity work.
• Build and support automated testing, deployment, and release activities.
• Troubleshoot issues and create installation and user guidance documentation.
• Participate in design and code reviews and apply feedback to improve quality.
• Share knowledge and support junior team members' upskilling.
