Job summary

The Tyndale Company is seeking an Automation & AI Agent Engineer to design, build, deploy, and support intelligent automation across RPA, systems integration, AI Agents, and Agentic AI workflows. This hands-on role focuses on practical delivery using iPaaS platforms like Workato, Boomi, or Zapier to connect systems and automate business processes with measurable value.

Hybrid/remote work is available; onsite work is required at a minimum of 1 day per week from our PA or TX locations, supporting

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in CS/IS/Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
5+ years in automation/integration/RPA or similar roles.
Hands-on experience with iPaaS platforms and designing production workflows.
Proficient in creating API-driven automations and data mappings.

Responsibilities

Design, build, test, deploy, and support automation solutions across RPA, systems integration, and AI workflows.
Use iPaaS tools to connect systems, orchestrate workflows, and enable AI-driven processes.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and deliver measurable business value.
Develop and maintain integrations, monitoring, and governance for production workflows.
