AgileEngine, LLC. is seeking a QA/Support Engineer to author and QA AI-driven automations against healthcare workflows, with a 3-month contract and potential extension. You will work with product, engineering, and QA teams using GitHub, Slack, and JIRA to ensure high-quality operations.

The role emphasizes fast ramp-up, attention to detail, and the ability to execute high-volume, repetitive tasks while maintaining thorough documentation and clear communication across remote teams.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the US for any employer; no visa sponsorship available.
• 1+ years of technical or software-adjacent experience.
• Experience authoring and QAing AI-driven automations against defined healthcare workflows.
• Fast ramp-up time expected within a few days of joining.
• Detail-oriented and comfortable with high-volume, repetitive task execution.
• Strong communication skills with interpersonal effectiveness.
• Experience with GitHub, Slack and JIRA for remote collaboration.
• Strong software engineering foundation.

Responsibilities

• Provide support and documentation.
• Execute detailed and high-volume, repetitive automation tasks with accuracy.
• Contribute to continuous improvements of core applications and internal tooling to optimize customer and team workflows.
• Create structured technical and process documentation to support ongoing operations.
