JR Automation, a Hitachi Group Company, is hiring an Associate Account Manager to prospect and qualify automation opportunities remotely from Michigan. You will manage forecasts, build customer relationships, and coordinate with internal teams to deliver customized automation solutions.

The role emphasizes sales discipline, market research, and collaboration across sales, engineering, and operations to meet annual lead targets.

Qualifications

• Degree in engineering or related field; equivalent experience considered.
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Passion for manufacturing, automation, and selling complex solutions.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and qualify new sales opportunities through inbound/outbound outreach.
• Develop forecasts and manage opportunity pipelines in CRM.
• Coordinate with engineering and operations to fulfill customer requirements.
• Build and maintain relationships with customer stakeholders across cycles.
• Prepare materials for sales engagements and executive briefings.

Education
