JR Automation, a Hitachi Group Company, seeks a Sales Director – Energy to lead regional sales efforts remotely across energy markets in the United States. You will partner with customers, translate objectives into strategic plans, and drive revenue growth through effective value propositions.

The ideal candidate has proven sales leadership, a track record of meeting targets, and experience in automation or manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, calculated as two (2) years of relevant work experience for each year of academic study.
• MBA preferred.
• Current or prior JR Automation experience, or experience in the automation industry is strongly preferred.

Responsabilités

• Supervises regional sales managers.
• Determines annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies, analyzing trends and results.
• Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets.
• Create and communicate sales goals and ensure C-level executives are informed on the progress of those goals.
• Build and maintain long-lasting, strong relationships with customers while partnering with them to better understand their business objectives and needs.
