Job summary

JR Automation, a Hitachi Group Company, is seeking an Aftermarket Account Manager to drive aftermarket revenue across a portfolio of customers. This full-time, remote role focuses on service contracts, field service, spare parts, training, and modernization opportunities.

You will build account strategies, manage the installed base, and collaborate with engineering, operations, and sales to deliver customer value while meeting revenue and profitability goals.

• Proven ability to identify, pursue and convert new business opportunities in automation aftermarket.
• Strong consultative selling skills with ability to tailor solutions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to influence decision-makers.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary aftermarket commercial owner for assigned accounts.
• Develop and execute plans to grow revenue and retention.
• Maintain robust account relationships across stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities for service contracts, spare parts, and modernization projects.
• Maintain accurate CRM data and provide regular forecasts.
