Job summary

Symetri is seeking a Solution Specialist to lead Autodesk Forma implementations, configuration sessions, and client workflow optimization for AECO projects. You will guide discovery, define success metrics, and align Forma capabilities with customer goals.

In this role you’ll deliver role-based training, create documentation, and support sales enablement with tailored demonstrations. A strong understanding of Autodesk Forma within the AECO ecosystem is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Autodesk Forma and related AECO workflows.
• Familiarity with Autodesk Construction Cloud and the broader Autodesk ecosystem.
• Ability to configure, demonstrate, and support cloud‑based project delivery platforms.
• Understanding of design, construction, and project information management processes.
• Skilled in developing implementation plans, adoption roadmaps, and workflow improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead Autodesk Forma implementations and management of configurations.
• Perform client discovery, workflow assessment, and define success metrics.
• Deliver role-based training and develop training materials.
• Create/maintain project templates, standards, and integrations guidance.
• Support presales with demonstrations, scope development, and proposals.
