Job summary

Autodesk is seeking an Implementation Consultant focused on Forma Industry Cloud for Construction. You will lead end-to-end implementation, training, and consulting, partnering with customers to optimize workflows across plan, design, build, and operate stages.

You will engage with General Contractors and Trade Contractors across North America, staying aligned with product roadmap and sharing field feedback to drive adoption and measurable ROI.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in the AEC industry with GC/Trade contractor exposure.
• Deep understanding of the full building lifecycle from planning to operations.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for diverse stakeholders.
• General understanding of SaaS and software adoption.
• Ability to apply adult learning concepts in professional settings.
• Travel up to 50% to support in-person engagements.
• Experience with Forma/Preconstruction/Build or related Autodesk solutions preferred.
• Experience leading software implementation and workflow transformation in AEC.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Forma product implementation, training, and consulting engagements.
• Assess workflows across planning, design, construction, and operations, recommending best practices using Forma Industry Cloud.
• Help clients align digital workflows to business priorities across the plan, design, build, and operate lifecycle.
• Configure customer-specific workflows, permissions, and data structures.
• Deliver role-based training for all project stakeholders and exec audiences.
• Coach teams through digital workflow adoption in live projects and organizational change.
• Collaborate with sales on implementation planning, customer success strategies, and expansion opportunities.
• Stay current on Forma capabilities, roadmap developments, and industry best practices.
