Job summary

Mariani Enterprises LLC is seeking an AutoCAD Technician to produce and coordinate detailed CAD drawings for high-end residential landscape projects. You will work with Designers, Project Managers, and Construction teams to develop site plans, grading, planting, lighting, and construction details from concept through permit-ready documents.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of AutoCAD experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional AutoCAD experience.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD; ability to produce detailed drawings.
• Strong reading of architectural, landscape, survey, and engineering plans.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Produce and maintain detailed AutoCAD drawings for residential landscape projects.
• Develop construction documentation including site plans, grading, planting, lighting, etc.
• Translate design concepts into CAD drawings.
• Prepare detailed plans for pools, terraces, and outdoor structures.
• Coordinate drawings across disciplines and resolve conflicts.
• Review drawings for accuracy before submission.
• Maintain drawing standards and file organization.
• Assist with revisions and permit-ready documents.
