Job summary

Mariani Enterprises LLC is seeking an experienced CAD Drafter to produce and maintain detailed AutoCAD drawings for high-end residential landscape projects. You will develop comprehensive construction documents, including site, grading, planting, and lighting plans, translating concepts into precise CAD layouts.

The role requires strong communication, the ability to read architectural and landscape drawings, and a meticulous eye for drafting standards.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional AutoCAD experience.
• Fluent in English and strong written/verbal communication.
• Strong understanding of drafting standards, dimensions, scales, layers, and construction documentation.

Responsibilities

• Produce and maintain detailed AutoCAD drawings for residential landscape projects.
• Develop construction documentation including site plans, layout plans, grading and drainage plans, planting plans, lighting plans and construction details.
• Translate design concepts into accurate CAD drawings and prepare plans for pools, terraces, walls, and water features.
• Coordinate drawings across disciplines and identify conflicts; maintain drawing standards and organization.
• Assist Designers with revisions and prepare documents suitable for permitting and field installation.
• Review drawings for accuracy before issuing to Designers for final approval.
