You will lead the sales process from initial consultation through proposal, collaborating with Design, Construction, and Maintenance teams to ensure smooth handoffs from sale to execution.

The role requires 3–5 years in landscape and proficiency in CAD and 3D visualization; licensing is a plus.

Qualifications

• Require degree in landscape-related field.
• Experience with CAD and design presentation tools.
• Landscape Architecture license is a plus.
• 3–5 years in landscape industry.

Responsibilities

• Act as design partner to refine project goals and develop design solutions.
• Create detailed landscape designs that balance aesthetics, function, sustainability and budget.
• Produce plans and drawings using CAD or hand methods.
• Lead design development from concept to construction documentation.
