Qualifications

• 3+ years of related experience and/or education in AutoCAD software (v2020 or newer).
• AutoCAD Proficiency (detail oriented, balanced with efficient turnaround).
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Create initial designs for new projects with engineers.
• Produce floor plans and site plans, including equipment changes and new construction.
• Develop AC 1-line drawings and electrical schematics.
• Research missing information and locate property lines using GIS info.
• Update record drawings and maintain 2D/3D blocks and PDFs.
• Manage drawing workflow in SharePoint and keep internal systems updated.
