Job summary

Lumen, a trusted network leader, seeks a remote AutoCAD drafter to support engineering planning with 2D/3D drafting, floor plans, site plans, and AC 1-line drawings. Maintain Drawings Library and collaborate with engineers and vendors to capture as-built information.

This full-time remote role supports projects nationwide, with a standard M–F schedule and potential after-hours as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and relevant experience in AutoCAD (v2020 or newer).
• AutoCAD proficiency with detail orientation and efficient turnaround.
• Experience with telecommunication or data center design, architectural or electrical design is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create initial designs for new projects with engineers.
• Produce floor plans, site plans, and AC 1-line drawings.
• Maintain and organize the Drawings Library on SharePoint.
• Add as-built information to record drawings with engineers or vendors.
• Ensure accurate object location and develop 2D/3D blocks and PDFs.
