• Familiarity with personal and commercial lines policies and endorsements.
• Ability to review Property Damage estimates and negotiate first/third party claims.
• Knowledge of salvage forms and title requirements is a plus.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and analytical abilities.

Aufgaben

• Processes auto and general liability property damage claims; assesses damage, makes payments, and documents files.
• Keeps action plans to meet state deadlines and move files toward resolution.
• Identifies and pursues subrogation opportunities; manages salvage.
• Communicates claim actions with insured, client, and broker as appropriate.
• Maintains professional client relations and collaborates with team.
• Performs coverage, liability, and damage analysis on claims.
• Travels as required.
