Sedgwick is hiring a Claims Representative, Auto | Property Damage, to analyze and process auto and general liability property damage claims. The role emphasizes accurate damage assessment, timely payments, and meticulous file documentation.

The ideal candidate will review estimates, manage deadlines, pursue subrogation, and maintain professional client relations while supporting quality programs and compliance. Remote work options and standard benefits are included.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Familiarity with personal & commercial lines policies and endorsements.
• Experience reviewing Property Damage estimates and loss evaluations.
• Knowledge of total loss processing and salvage forms.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• PC literate with Microsoft Office.
• Analytical and organizational capabilities.
• Ability to work in a team and meet service expectations.

Responsibilities

• Processes auto and general liability property damage claims and ensures proper documentation.
• Develops action plans to meet deadlines and resolve files promptly.
• Identifies subrogation opportunities and handles salvage dispositions.
• Communicates claims status with insured, client, and broker.
• Maintains professional client relations and conducts coverage analysis.
• Travels as required and supports quality programs.
