Sedgwick is seeking a Claims Representative for Auto and Property Damage to analyze and process claims across a broad range of lines. The role emphasizes timely resolution, subrogation opportunities, and effective client communication.

The position requires a bachelor’s degree, state adjusting licenses where required, and strong analytical and writing skills. A comprehensive benefits package and remote-friendly options are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; state adjusting licenses required where applicable.
• Familiarity with personal and commercial lines policies and endorsements.
• Ability to review Property Damage estimates, total loss evaluations, and related expenses.
• Knowledge of total loss processing, salvage forms and title requirements, preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills; proficient in documentation.

Responsabilités

• Processes auto and general liability property damage claims and ensures proper documentation.
• Develops action plans to meet state contract deadlines and move files toward resolution.
• Identifies and pursues subrogation opportunities; secures and disposes of salvage.
• Communicates claim actions with insured, client, and broker when appropriate.
• Maintains professional client relations and performs damages analysis on claims.
