Reserv is seeking a highly organized Auto Property Damage Adjuster to join our team. You will speak with customers by phone, educate and help them work through their loss, and manage an inventory of claims from assignment to resolution.

Qualifications

• Experience with auto damage losses.
• 2+ years of insurance claims and/or customer service experience.
• Active adjuster license: resident-state license; DHS acceptable; willing to obtain additional licenses within 60 days.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, courteous, high-quality customer service to policyholders and claimants via phone.
• Gather information to initiate claims and determine appropriate actions.
• Manage an inventory of claims from assignment through resolution; establish initial reserves as needed.
• Coordinate with auto appraisers, review estimates, and assess settlements.
• Escalate when loss no longer meets criteria; communicate with involved parties regarding settlements.
• Suggest process improvements and best practices for the team.
