Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree required; bachelor’s preferred or combination of education and experience.
• Typically 3–4 years of auto claim-handling experience.
• Guidewire experience is a plus; proficient with MS Office and internet.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of moderately complex auto claims from intake to resolution.
• Conduct investigations, assess liability, and evaluate damages.
• Engage underwriting, legal, and stakeholders for comprehensive investigation.
• Identify and refer suspicious claims to the Special Investigation Unit.
• Maintain licenses and continuing education credits.
