Job summary

Sedgwick is seeking a Claims Representative, Auto, to analyze and process auto and general liability property damage claims in a remote U.S. setting. You will assess damages, determine payments, and ensure files are accurately documented for timely closure.

You’ll develop action plans to meet deadlines, pursue subrogation where possible, and maintain strong client relations while collaborating with teams to deliver high-quality resolutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Familiar with personal and commercial lines policies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and process auto and general liability property damage claims.
• Assess damages, approve payments, and document files accurately.
• Develop action plans to meet state contractual deadlines and drive timely resolution.
• Identify subrogation opportunities; secure and dispose of salvage.
• Maintain professional client relations and communicate with insured, client, and broker.
• Perform coverage, liability, and damage analyses on claims.
• Travel as required and support quality programs.
