Sedgwick is hiring an Auto Claims Representative to analyze and process auto and general liability property damage claims. You will assess damages, issue payments, and maintain compliant documentation while coordinating with insureds, clients and brokers.

The role requires strong communication, analytical thinking, and the ability to manage deadlines in a remote, full-time environment with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree preferred; state adjusting licenses as required.
• Familiarity with personal and commercial lines policies and endorsements.
• Ability to review Property Damage estimates and negotiate claims.
• Knowledge of total loss processing and salvage forms.
• Excellent oral and written communication.
• PC literate, including Microsoft Office products.
• Analytical and interpretive skills.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Ability to meet or exceed service expectations.

Responsabilités

• Analyze and process auto and general liability property damage claims.
• Assess damage, make payments, and ensure files are properly documented and coded.
• Develop and maintain action plans to meet deadlines and move files toward resolution.
• Identify subrogation opportunities; secure and dispose of salvage.
• Communicate claim actions with insured, client, and broker.
• Maintain professional client relations.
• Perform coverage, liability and damage analysis on claims.
• Travel as required; support quality programs.
• Contribute to a team environment and organizational goals.
