Job summary

Sedgwick is seeking a Claims Representative, Auto, to analyze and process auto and general liability property damage claims from a Telecommuter-friendly base. You will assess damages, document files, and work with insureds, clients, and brokers to resolve claims efficiently.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree (preferred) and state adjusting licenses, with strong communication, organization, and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; state adjusting licenses as required.
• Familiarity with personal and commercial lines policies and endorsements.
• Ability to review and assess Property Damage estimates and losses.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Process auto and general liability property damage claims.
• Assess damage, authorize payments, document files.
• Develop action plans to meet state deadlines.
• Identify and pursue subrogation opportunities.
• Communicate claim actions with insured, client, and broker.
• Perform coverage, liability, and damage analysis on claims.
• Support quality programs and standards.
• Travel as required.
