Job summary

Sedgwick is seeking a Claims Representative, Auto, to analyze and process auto and general liability property damage claims from a remote-friendly setting. You will assess damages, determine payments, and document files in accordance with policy guidelines, while maintaining strong client relations.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree, experience in claim analysis, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Processes auto and general liability property damage claims.
• Assesses damage and makes payments.
• Ensures claim files are properly documented and coded.
• Develops action plans to meet state deadlines and resolve files promptly.
• Identifies and pursues subrogation opportunities.
• Communicates claim actions with insured, client, and broker.
• Maintains professional client relations.
• Performs coverage, liability, and damage analysis.
• Travels as required.
• Supports the organization's quality programs.
